Through compelling keynotes, insightful webinars, personalized coaching sessions, and our beloved podcast, The Parenting 411®, I strive to make a positive impact on parents of school-aged children everywhere.

In 2019, my dedication to parenting was recognized when I was honored as the District of Columbia Mother of the Year® by American Mothers, Inc. Hosting the Parenting 411 radio show on Baltimore’s Radio One talk radio station further amplified my voice as a thought leader in parenting, and I was thrilled to be named Radio Personality of the Year at SpeakerCon 2019.
I’m also proud to be a 9x best-selling author, with my latest book being a finalist at the 2022 International Book Awards. My signature talk, “Scaling Up: From Marketing Manager to Mother of the Year,” has captivated and inspired audiences nationwide, reflecting my own remarkable journey.

On a personal note, I am the proud mother of twin sons, whose successful transition into young adulthood is a true blessing. Their arrival was the catalyst for my own transition from a corporate marketing manager, where I was responsible for a portfolio generating over $1 billion annually, to a passionate advocate and educator in parenting. My journey is not just a career path; it's a testament to the power of purpose-driven transformation.
